Changes In Life Middlesex
Life in Middlesex has undergone tremendous transformation over the years, turning this quaint English county into one with vibrant life and ceaseless energy. If one compares the Middlesex of yesteryears with the present day, the extent of this transformation is impossible to ignore. From a peaceful agrarian society, Middlesex has metamorphosed into a modern, bustling region, fuelled by ever-progressive changes in socio-economic circumstances and advancements in technology.
Notably, the demographic makeup of Middlesex has also evolved over time. It has become a melting pot of cultures as people from different ethnic backgrounds have made this region their home. This influx of different cultures has enriched the local society, infusing it with a cosmopolitan charm. The culinary landscape, in particular, has widened, making it possible for one to enjoy cuisine from all over the world just in this one county.
Similarly, the skyline of Middlesex has undergone a significant transformation. This is evident in the mix of architectural styles you see, from charming old cottages and Victorian era buildings, to contemporary high-rises. Moreover, the change in lifestyle is palpable in the evolved infrastructure – numerous entertainment venues, shopping centres, and tech parks bear testimony to the rapid modernisation. In a nutshell, Middlesex has seamlessly adapted to the times, while retaining its unique charm. This balance between the old and the new, the local and the global, is what makes life in Middlesex paradoxically charming and unique.

About me
Let’s get the formalities over and done with. I am a Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner, a professional member of ANLP, and a member of ICF.
I have a lot of life experiences under my belt. I have hitchhiked around Texas as a youngster, visited many countries, and mentored others in the field of education. I also ran my own business providing early years childcare for over 20 years, one of my greatest professional achievements to date.
But hitting my 50s a few years ago, was a pivotal moment. I felt I had lost my sense of identity and to some extent my health.
I knew I needed and wanted to change, to re-evaluate my life and to overcome my personal battle with my weight.
In the end, that personal journey of overcoming my own challenges led me to a total career change and to re-training as a coach because I knew I could and wanted to help others. I am not going to say my own journey was not daunting at times, but I hope my personal transformation will help inspire others.
Oh, and I love fresh flowers, Latin music, football and reading – which is my greatest joy.
What are my values?
