Grief And Loss Coaching Brentford
Life is unpredictable, and at times, it throws curveballs that leave us grappling with profound loss and grief. Whether it’s the death of a loved one, the breakdown of a cherished relationship, or the loss of a job or a dream, grief can emotionally and mentally debilitate us. In these challenging circumstances, grief and loss coaching in Brentford can offer the necessary support to help individuals navigate through the tumultuous journey of grief and loss.
Grief and loss coaching in Brentford acknowledges grief as a highly individual and profoundly personal journey. The coaching process doesn’t aim to hurry one’s journey through grief but allows individuals the space and time they need to heal. The purpose of coaching is to provide a supportive environment where the bereaved can express their feelings openly and without fear of judgement. By normalising their feelings of grief and advocates for self-care and compassion, the coaching process eases the pain and facilitates the acceptance of loss.
Moreover, loss coaching empowers individuals to adapt to their loss and re-engage with life in a meaningful way. Individuals are guided on how to transition from a state of ‘merely surviving’ to one where they can thrive despite their loss. Through coaching, individuals can cultivate resilience, discover their inner strengths, and develop new perspectives, which can eventually lead them toward personal growth and healing. In Brentford, grief and loss coaching is an invaluable resource that helps individuals to navigate through their darkest times toward a future where they can find meaning and joy again.
The hardest part of any journey is usually taking the first step. Give me a call or send me an email and that’s the first step done! Then we can have a chat to see if and how I can help. No pressure. It is that easy.
About me
Let’s get the formalities over and done with. I am a Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner, a professional member of ANLP, and a member of ICF.
I have a lot of life experiences under my belt. I have hitchhiked around Texas as a youngster, visited many countries, and mentored others in the field of education. I also ran my own business providing early years childcare for over 20 years, one of my greatest professional achievements to date.
But hitting my 50s a few years ago, was a pivotal moment. I felt I had lost my sense of identity and to some extent my health.
I knew I needed and wanted to change, to re-evaluate my life and to overcome my personal battle with my weight.
In the end, that personal journey of overcoming my own challenges led me to a total career change and to re-training as a coach because I knew I could and wanted to help others. I am not going to say my own journey was not daunting at times, but I hope my personal transformation will help inspire others.
Oh, and I love fresh flowers, Latin music, football and reading – which is my greatest joy.
What are my values?
There are certain things that really matter to me. I hope they resonate with you too because they are very much part of how I work:
